SPELLING AND VOCABULARY

This year we will be using Wordly Wise 3000 for the first three quarters. We will take two weeks to complete each new lesson. The students will be tested the first week on spelling and the second week on vocabulary.  During each week, students will complete various assignments in the workbook. Students will also go to the Kids A to Z website to complete weekly assignments to help them study both vocabulary and spelling. (Please note that many students will also require additional studying during the weeks to be successful on the tests.) 

During the fourth quarter, students will be tested on Latin prefixes and suffixes. Students will only be tested on vocabulary during this quarter.
